Navigating Lipid Classes

Use the menu on the left to select lipid classes of interest. Expand categories to see a list of class names and acronymns.

Switching between human and mouse

Whenever you see the Human|Mouse buttons, you can dynamically switch the plots to view either dataset.

Using the heatmap

The heatmap is colour coded using the z-score legend on the bottom right. To get more detailed information on a lipid, click on the lipid name.

Boxplot and t-SNE visualization

The boxplot and t-SNE visualization provides in-depth information about lipid concentrations inside each cell type. Switch between human and mouse datasets using the buttons, or hover over different features to visualize cell types.
